   You don't have to set up an email here in this app there is no option, for iphone sending the backup to email follow this :-
   1. Go to settings
   2. Go to Mails, contacts, calendars
   3. Under Accounts click on add account
   4. Add your email acc there and login in
   5. Now open MCbackup and backup your contacts again and click on email, this time it wont ask you to set up an email.
   Enjoy!
