  13. Don’t Work!!!!!

    I've been using mcback up for over two years and it always worked fine on iphones.

    I bought an iphone 6S and now the app does not want to work. When I click back up, the back up will start with only one contact and then hang up.

    Privacy for access to contacts is released ie this is not the problem. In iphone 5C it works normally.

    Please, I need your help to resolve this.

  18. I have back ups in iTunes since 2012, cannot delete

    As mentioned, I got many back up files in iTunes, the files cannot overwrite the old ones⋯⋯，I have files since 2012
