Remove Duplicate contacts

This is not working I have many duplicate contacts but doesn’t find any.

    Every time I use this app, the contact numbers are duplicated...I have 10 same numbers to my contacts

    Why dose it keep duplicating all my contacts I have up to three of the same context now
