I can't send or receive backup file via email or attachment missing. What's the problem?

Sometimes email providers (SMTP) block attachments if attachment size is too large. Please try to send it with another email account if possible.

Since Apple does not allow iOS developers to access your email accounts, there is nothing we can do about this issue. 
Or you can save the backup file to your computer using "Wi-Fi Manager" or "iTunes File Sharing" feature.
