Yes you can but only on Apple devices such as iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Mac and Android. For example you can’t open it with Microsoft Outlook on Windows computers, since Outlook does not support VCF files containing multiple contacts. 

But if you enable "Multiple VCF" option via in app Settings menu and "Export" your contacts, you may import multiple VCF (vCard) files on other platforms such as Windows.
