This product has a lot of bugs. It does not backup the contacts completely. In some cases, it does not even backup the mobile phone number or address of a contact.

Totally unreliable.

And this is what I paid for? The worst thing of all is that the tech support of the developers do not even respond to this FIX requests. I have sent them, at least 5 messages, including email to their website and no response.
