I didn’t know every email I ever sent from Outlook saved into a “Suggested Contacts” folder... and was then synched to my iPhone.

I have disabled this and deleted the listed contacts in Outlook on my PC. Yet the thousands of ghost contacts with only email address remain.

The backup file is too large to import into iCloud.

How can I choose the folders I want to backup?
