Cannot email backup contacts
Paid for
MCbackup Pro , used many years. Now have 3900 contacts on iphone6 and lately can't email d backup file to myself.
The sent button is grey thus cannot tap on sent to email. Pls help ..

Sometimes email providers block attachments if attachment size is too large. Please try with another email account to send your backup file if possible. Or use Wi-Fi Download feature.

I’ve used this app for years, recently the email contacts function has stopped working. I’m not sure how else you can send your contact list anywhere. Please fix the app, thanks!

I had the same problem (the “send” button on the backup email was grayed out) and I finally got it to work. I did two things at once so I cannot day for sure which one solved the problem: 1) I installed the Apple iPhone email app on my phone, 2) I reduced the number of my contacts to less than 500. I believe installing the Apple mail app did the trick because before I did not notice a “from” email address in the back up email. After I installed the app, my email address was in the “from” field and the “send” button turned blue.

I can back up but when pressing email it comes up with info but won’t let me send when address is entered! Please help!
