Setup Email WHERE?

It does little good to tell someone to setup email if you don't tell them WHERE or HOW!

Please assist.

After backing up your contacts, go to the settings (gears icon on the lower right corner)In app vCard restore choose the backup file and choose restore option, then email it to yourself. Thank You
