Backup not sending email
where i can insert my address of mail into the preference of this app?

I have just paid for the pro version, I’ve downloaded the contacts but it will not light up the send icon to enable me to send it?

My "my contacts backup" app doesnt send email either. There is nowhere in the app settings to set up an email. I have Gmail working OK at the same Iphone.
When pressing Email button on this app - simply nothing happens.

I have found a work around. Under settings, slide the server button over, and you get a weblink. type this into any computer browser : chrome or explorer etc

Then run the contacts save thing, and look online ... mine where all there and could be downloaded directly.

Tried to send email with back up in CSV format and initially they were blocked due to spam and then it failed to send . Suggest you don't load this app and if you already have, delete it. Apple should be policing apps like this that don't work.

It worked 1 -2 years ago, but now am not able to send the file. I paid for the pro version and it is worthless. Until you reply with a fix I recommend that no one buys this app!!!!!!!!

set the app up, but have not received an email with my contacts backed up. That is the reason I downloaded the app in the first place.

Any iOS user won't be able to email themselves. iOS doesn't allow it.
I've tried Dropbox. It didn't work. I finally turned on my Bluetooth , my wifi and send the file to my iCloud DRIVE. It worked! Good luck

I'm so tired of the App Store being full of bogus apps and ripoffs!!

Just bought pro version yesterday- will NOT let me enter email address for backing up to- so does not work. Same problem as everyone else so there's No support for this app? Does that mean it's been abandoned?? What about our $$??

Just downloaded the app and backed up as vcf AND csv. Emailed to a gmail account AND an imap email but both failed to send please advise
