Apple added privacy controls for user contacts since iOS 6. If an app access to your contacts, a pop-up screen asks for your permission. You need to grant access to our app.
If you haven't our app can not access your contacts. Bu you can manage your privacy controls via "Settings -> Privacy -> Contacts" menu on your device and grant access to MCBackup.
